Which links work
An agent needs a link to one product page. Links to a whole shop, a search result or a social media post won't work. A good product link contains an item ID, a long number in the address.

Taobao
China's biggest marketplace, with almost everything. Sellers have a rating, and many listings show buyer photos. Prefer sellers with lots of sales and real buyer photos.
Weidian
Small shops, often run through WeChat, popular for fashion. Listings can be thin on details, so check the photos closely and ask the buyer to confirm stock and size if you're unsure.

Wholesale marketplace. Prices are low but many listings have a minimum order quantity. Check the minimum before you order, or the order can be cancelled.
Picking size and colour
- Read the size chart, not the labelChinese "L" is often a Western "M". Use the measurements in centimetres.
- Measure something you ownLay a shirt or hoodie flat and measure chest width and length. Pick the size closest to it.
- Check the colour nameOptions are often in Chinese. Agents usually translate them, but compare with the product photos to be sure.
Notes for the buyer
Most agents give you a remarks box. Keep notes short and specific, for example:
- "Please confirm size L is in stock before buying."
- "Black colour, the one in the 3rd photo."
- "If out of stock, please refund, don't change the item."
After you pay
The agent buys the item, usually within a day. The order status changes as the seller ships it to the warehouse. If the seller is out of stock, you're refunded to your balance or card. Once it arrives, look at the QC photos. Here's how.
